I'm PD Kwak, and I've been part of the Bottle Station team since May! Let me start by properly introducing myself. I hope you'll enjoy hearing my story — no pressure, just relax and read along!
Why the Nickname "PD Kwak"?

I'm PD Kwak, and my actual day job is as a PD (producer/director) making ads and video content. That's exactly why everyone around me has always just called me "PD Kwak"!
While I've been working hard in video production, I also happen to love drinks — so much that I've been studying and researching them for nearly 10 years now! Along the way, I ended up collecting more beverage-related certifications than video-related ones, gradually becoming a genuine drinks expert.
Somewhere along that path, I ended up starting a career as a bartender almost by chance, working at various bars — and since May, I've been part of Bottle Station, the cocktail & whiskey bar near Kintex/Daehwa Station, great for a solo drink!

I started out with a wine party called "Sulgiroun Wine Life," and ran a crew under that same name — "Sulgiroun Life" — for two years. It was a community focused on studying and tasting all kinds of drinks, and it grew into a fairly large group, with membership eventually topping 100 people.
Somewhere in the middle of all that, I found myself taking on the role of bartender, serving delicious whiskey and cocktails to all kinds of people!
After about two years as a bartender, I made the switch to working as a freelance bartender.

You've probably seen this logo on a car at least once — that's Ferrari, the supercar brand! I've been working as Ferrari Korea's dedicated bartender, invited to their various events. I've worked as a bartender at both their Banpo and Cheongdam locations! Not just Ferrari owners, but various YouTubers and even Ferrari Korea's branch director have enjoyed my cocktails. How about spending a great evening with one of my cocktails yourself?
Second up — for one of 2026's hottest airlines, British carrier Virgin Atlantic, I along with my crew members showed up to serve celebratory cocktails at their Korea route launch party!

With the airline's captains, flight attendants, and staff all gathered together, I presented a signature cocktail I developed myself, and got to be part of that glamorous celebration!
